Raouf MamaProgram: Raouf is a multilingual storyteller from Africa. Through a blending of poetry, music, and dance, his stories celebrate diversity and our common humanity. He gives keynote speeches and workshops on storytelling as a multi-cultural tool for teaching literacy and communications skills; creative writing; storytelling as a teaching tool for Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL); how storytelling skills make better teachers; and storytelling for the peaceful resolution of conflict and the celebration of diversity. His activities range from single presentations to two- or three-week-long residencies.
