Faithlyn is a theater artist who uses multi-disciplinary approach and verbal communication to help students deepen their understanding of language arts, fiction/non-fiction, social studies, music and history. Residencies are tailored to the curriculum, original texts or special projects with a focus on monologues, musicals and cultural events for theater production. Workshops encourage teamwork and self-esteem, and strengthen focus and concentration, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. Hands-on professional development workshops provide teachers with an understanding of how to utilize the arts to teach standards-based curriculum. Faithlyn is available to teach during the day, after-school, or summers.

Requirements: Open space, tech equipment (microphones, lighting, sound equipment) if possible.

Audience: Grades 3-12, adults, and seniors.

Fees: 2 hour Workshops: $500. Multi-day residencies (6-8 week production - negotiable and based on the number of students): $3,000 - $5,750; Teacher workshops: $750 - $1,000.
