Additional works of Public Art in New Britain:
 
Public artworks were commissioned through COA's one-time City Canvas Initiative.  A mural by Sol LeWitt was produced. 
 
The City of New Britain manages a percent for art program for city construction projects and the New Britain Museum of American Art includes a vast collection of art by contemporary Connecticut artists and displays some of their collection throughout the city.
